Meet Our Staff
Dr. Orvin Feliciano | Pastor
Dr. Orvin Feliciano became the 51st pastor of First Baptist Church in September 2022. Pastor Orvin holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in expository preaching from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, an MDiv in biblical studies and pastoral ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a bachelor's degree from Liberty University. He has over twenty years of ministry experience, serving in Florida, Missouri, Texas, and California. Pastor Orvin and his wife, Sheri, have two children and two grandsons.

Josh Erisman | Minister of Music & Education
Josh came to FBC in June 2011. He holds an MA in Church Music from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a bachelor's degree in political science from Missouri State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree from MBTS. In addition to his duties at FBC, Josh serves as professor of music and worship at Baptist Bible College in Springfield. He and his wife, Brittany, are the proud parents of Malachi, Lydia, and Josiah.
